    The laptops are to be utilized for short term needs including:
    - Travel - For Faculty or Student traveling on CCAR/AES/SWx-TREC business
    - Temporary use while waiting for main computer repair, replacement, or new purchase.
    - Temporary use by Visitor or Student - Non-travel related. (on the order of 1-2 days)

    Now for some details:
    - All laptops are registered with the CU Police laptop registration and security is in place to deter malicious tampering.
    - A CCAR/AES/SWx-TREC Faculty member must sign out and be responsible for the laptops for use by a student or visitor.
    - The user is responsible for backing up personal files before returning the laptops. No backups will ever be made by CCAR Support.
    - The laptops will be completely re-imaged upon return to CCAR Support and all files will be destroyed.
    - Custom software requests can be accommodated with enough lead time before laptop is to be used.
